VR, 3D Printing and Scanning Project Update. Update of progress for the 'Reverberations' Gr10 Art project at Frankfurt International School.

Around the start of the school year (Winter 2018) our Head of Visual Arts, Mr Darren Trebel posed the question "could we make a VR sculpture garden?".

Having been to VR Days (https://vrdays.co/) in Amsterdam, I knew that it would be possible as I witnessed first-hand Tiltbrush creations that had been imported into Unity. However, we did not have the expertise in school to make it happen. The Comp Sci Dept said it would be too difficult and that the students "think they can do it, but in practice they can't".... but I didn't take no for an answer.

Thus every Tuesday evening after school from 3:30 - 5:00pm a 'coalition of the willing' has been meeting to try and learn how to code in Unity, 3D scan and deploy computational thinking, problem solving skills. The results can be seen in the playlist of videos I have made charting our progress......
